Distance does not mean generic

Online clients get the same kinesiology-informed logic as my in-person work: assess, program, track, adjust.

You film key lifts, log sessions, and send updates on sleep, stress, and recovery. I return programming changes and technique notes you can apply in your next session — whether you train at a commercial gym, a condo gym, or a well-equipped home setup.

Authorial coaching online means you can explain why this week looks the way it does: progression rules, deload timing, and exercise swaps are decisions we make together — not surprises dropped into an app without context.

Full timeline, prior injuries, what flared symptoms, and clearance status when medical context applies.

Custom training program

Split, volume, and progression matched to your equipment, schedule, and training age.

Video technique review

Form feedback on squat, hinge, press, and pull patterns — with regressions when tolerance needs it.

Scheduled check-ins

Written or call-based reviews of logs, effort, and recovery markers on a rhythm we set upfront.

Clear KPIs

Loads, reps, RPE or effort, scale trend, and optional girth or photos — one coherent progress story.

Nutrition structure

Protein and calorie targets phased with your training block — gain, maintain, or sustainable deficit.

How online coaching runs

  1. Consultation

    Goal, equipment access, schedule, and whether online is the right primary format — or hybrid if you visit Toronto sometimes.

  2. Program delivery & onboarding

    Your first block with exercise demos, logging expectations, and what to film for review.

  3. Ongoing coaching loop

    Train → log → check in → receive adjustments. Symptom baselines are respected; clinical escalation stays with your physician when needed.
