After 15+ years and a kinesiology background, I still treat every client as a new puzzle — not a copy-paste split off the internet.

In-person is where technique, bracing, and load selection get refined in real time. You get my eyes on your squat, hinge, press, and pull patterns, plus a progression model tuned to how your body recovers that week.

Authorial coaching means I own the plan: assessment, exercise choice, weekly adjustments, and the “why” behind each session. You are not renting access to a PDF — you are training with a coach who rewrites the roadmap when life or performance demands it.

We change load, reps, or exercise variants based on performance, effort, and recovery — not ego.

Protein targets and calorie ranges that support muscle gain or recomposition without crash dieting.

Progress tracking

Training logs, optional measurements and photos, and clear KPIs so progress is visible beyond the mirror.

How we start

  1. Free consultation

    We clarify your goal, history, and whether in-person at Fortis or Fit Squad fits your commute and schedule.

  2. Assessment session

    Movement screen, baseline lifts or regressions, and the first version of your program — already individualized.

  3. Coached training blocks

    Regular 1:1 sessions with ongoing program updates as you adapt. Deloads and volume changes are planned, not reactive chaos.
