Hybrid is not “online coaching with occasional visits.” It is a single progression model split across what you do best in person and what we handle remotely.

I use in-person sessions for squat, hinge, and heavy rowing patterns — where bracing and setup matter most. Between visits you follow programming I write for you, with check-ins, log review, and short technique clips when travel or deadlines compress the week.

Authorial coaching means the hybrid plan bends without breaking: volume flexes when work wins, but the lifts that drive your goal stay on one sheet — and I am the one editing that sheet, not an algorithm.

Hands-on sessions at Fortis Fitness or Fit Squad focused on form, confidence, and load progression on key patterns.

Individual weekly programming

Full training plan between visits — exercise selection, sets, reps, and progression rules tailored to your recovery.

Written & video check-ins

Log review, performance notes, and form feedback when you cannot be in the gym that week.

Travel-friendly adjustments

Session swaps, hotel-gym variants, and volume changes without losing the thread of your block.

Recomposition-ready nutrition

Protein and calorie targets aligned with training phase — muscle gain, maintenance, or a sustainable deficit.

Unified progress tracking

Scale trend, measurements, photos, and training numbers reviewed together — not in silos.

Typical hybrid rhythm

  1. Consultation & assessment

    Goals, schedule, and whether hybrid beats pure online or full in-person for your life right now.

  2. In-gym anchor sessions

    Regular touchpoints for technique on staples — often fewer per month than full 1:1, but high leverage.

  3. Remote execution & review

    You train the plan independently; I adjust weekly based on data you send and what we see in person.
